Customer-Centric Partnerships and Distribution in Inclusive Insurance in Partnership with UNDP

Insurance Institute of Nepal (IIN), in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Insurance and Risk Finance Facility (IRFF), successfully conducted the second module of its four-part Inclusive Insurance training program. Held from March 3 to March 7, 2025, at Hotel Mulberry in Kathmandu, this training focused on customer-centric partnerships and effective distribution strategies in inclusive insurance. The program aimed to equip insurance professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance the accessibility and sustainability of insurance for underserved populations in Nepal.

The program aimed was designed for both National Trainers and Practitioners. The training methodology included a combination of lectures, case study analysis, group discussions, interactive presentations, and digital learning tools to ensure practical application and engagement.

This training underscores the commitment of IIN and UNDP to building a more inclusive and sustainable insurance ecosystem, contributing to the long-term growth and stability of the industry.
