About the Role
Insurance Institute of Nepal (IIN) is seeking a qualified and dynamic Nepali citizen
for the position of Assistant Manager (Level 7). Apply online at www.iin.org.np/career.

Key Requirements
– Master’s degree in Banking and Finance
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (including 2 years in a managerial role)
– Experience in Training, Program Development, Digitization, or Relationship Management
– Proficiency in MS Office packages
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Age: Not exceeding 40 years
