Insurance Institute Nepal (IIN) conducted a “Training of Trainers (ToT) on Advance Sales Leadership” on April 24, 2026, at Hotel Rubus, Dhangadhi, Sudurpaschim Province.
The program brought together 26 participants from life, non-life, and micro-insurance companies. It was facilitated by Mr. Bibek Bhandary.
The training aimed to strengthen leadership capabilities among sales managers and internal trainers by focusing on practical approaches to sales management and team development. The sessions emphasized building a consistent and performance-driven sales culture within insurance organizations.
Participants explored key areas such as strategic sales planning, improving revenue performance, enhancing team engagement, and effective knowledge transfer through trainers. The program also highlighted the role of leadership in motivating teams and translating plans into measurable results.
The sessions were highly interactive, with participants actively sharing experiences and discussing real challenges from their respective organizations. This exchange contributed to a practical and engaging learning environment.
The program concluded with a certificate distribution and feedback session. Participants expressed positive feedback, noting the relevance and immediate applicability of the concepts and tools discussed during the training.
