As part of its ongoing professional development initiatives, the Insurance Institute of Nepal (IIN) successfully conducted a two-day non-residential training program on “Inspirational Leadership Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)” from 28th to 29th March 2025 in Bhairahawa.
Tailored for Province Heads of insurance companies, the training aimed to enhance leadership capacity by leveraging the principles of NLP, a proven approach to improving personal excellence, communication, and influence. The sessions emphasized self-leadership, emotional intelligence, behavioral modeling, and motivational techniques, especially in the context of insurance operations and team management.
The training was expertly facilitated by Mr. Joseph B. Niraula, a certified NLP practitioner and seasoned leadership trainer, whose dynamic delivery and practical insights energized participants. The program was smoothly coordinated by Mr. Ganesh Sharma and featured an interactive learning environment that encouraged active participation and peer exchange.
A total of 26 senior professionals participated in the program, making it a vibrant platform for experience sharing and leadership enrichment.
