Transformation Through Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Insurance Institute of Nepal Ltd. (IIN) successfully conducted a two-day intensive training program on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for insurance professionals operating within Madhesh Pradesh. The program brought together provincial managers and officers from both life and non-life insurance companies, along with representatives from the Nepal Insurance Authority, Madhesh Pradesh.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Laxmi Kanta Paudel, CEO of IIN, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning and capacity enhancement, particularly in strengthening effective communication and emotional intelligence to better engage with valued clients. The program was coordinated by Mr. Nirajan Bhattarai from IIN.
Held on 5–6 Mangsir 2082 at Hotel Welcome, Janakpur, the training aimed to strengthen key professional competencies including leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and goal-setting.
Renowned NLP trainer and motivational speaker Mr. Joseph B. Niraula (Josh) facilitated the sessions, offering highly interactive and practical insights. Participants engaged in discussions, case studies, and NLP-based exercises covering topics such as 21st-century leadership, effective communication, emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and work-life balance.
A total of 21 participants successfully completed the training and program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, jointly led by Dr. Paudel and Mr. Joseph B. Niraula (Josh).
